  Great stability, and light weight.

  I love the great outdoors, have an activity for every season, and love to document it all. Picked up this tiny camera about a month ago, and have taken it skiing with me a few times now. The quality is great, smooth focus even when my teeth jarred from a bump, and I really enjoy being able to watch my runs at night with a single cable. 5/5 G.   Replay XD720 HD

  I was looking for something lighter and more compact than the Go Pro camera. I found two things i really liked about this camera, they were the price and the small compact size. It is not complicated to use, just charge and turn on and shoot. It came with the 4gb sd card and it recorded about an hour and 1/2 on a full charge. I have only used it once so far in a crosscountry motorcycle race. Sound was not bad, i used a sound deading tape supplied with camera to cut down on wind noise. The race was thru trees and open area's some of the trails had heavy shading, the camera did it's best to adjust to the different light changes, and based on the internal set ups from the factory i thought it did a good job. The more expensive cameras may handle the quick changes in light better, but i am not a video freak and just wanted some good quality footage of the rides that i do, and i am very satisfied.   not-as-advertised durability

  I purchased XD720 HD on Amazon several days ago. It is not capable to capture 1080p but its 720p with 60fps is good enough for my purpose. I am a serious model aircraft pilot. I mounted the camera on my plane to do Aerial photography. I like the easy of use and light weight of the camera, which is good for an on-board camera.I was really looking forward to its durability, which is advertised as a rugged camera that will survive harsh situations. However, i am very disappointed by its quality. During a flight, my plane was out of control due to stabilizer error and hit a tree. The plane had some scratch but barely damaged; it flies as good as before without the need to fixing anything, thanks to the tree! Unfortunately, my XD720 HD was dropped to the ground from about 9 ft high.The camera has a dent on the shell. The recording button stops working and i have to press the reset key before pressing the power button to turn on the camera.   Ripoff

  Bought this item for use with a Drift HD Ghost. Looking at the different packages that Willoughby's sells that had this with the camera in the package. It gives the impression that the Camera and this device will work together wirelessly. Reallity is the only way they work together is if you use the USB cable which ruins the purpose of the camera.   the mic is very low in noise volume, I literally have to yell into the mic at close range just to hear it on the videos, and that is with the mic gain in the txt file at 59. picks up a bit of noise on the street when I drive my drag car around, and at the drag strip with open headers the sound can be distored.
